Vision-assisted automatic dispensing line
CCD locates MARK points automatically; the system controls automatic loading/unloading and precision dispensing with integrated thickness measurement for a fully unmanned process.
Complete Motion Control Solutions
Control cards, terminal boards, and host software — the full chain is developed in-house. Choose between pulse-based and EtherCAT bus architectures, with CCD vision-assisted alignment, covering precision dispensing, panel cutting, and more.

A classic PCIE-bus architecture: the host PC drives servos and spindles through a PCIE control card and terminal board, with an electronic handwheel and I/O — ideal for compact 3–6 axis equipment.

A bus architecture for large axis counts and distributed I/O: EtherCAT real-time Ethernet daisy-chains servo drives and I/O modules — flexible expansion, clean wiring, supporting up to 32 coordinated axes.

The system recognizes MARK targets on the workpiece via CCD, computes the offset from the reference position, and automatically moves the alignment stage — no manual centering. Single- and dual-CCD schemes with automatic eccentricity compensation suit high-precision cutting and dispensing.

Three real delivery scenarios, from single-machine control to fully automatic lines.
