Complete Motion Control Solutions

A complete control system for CNC machines and automated lines

Control cards, terminal boards, and host software — the full chain is developed in-house. Choose between pulse-based and EtherCAT bus architectures, with CCD vision-assisted alignment, covering precision dispensing, panel cutting, and more.

System capabilities

Hardware

  • 3–32 axis coordinated control
  • 2 analog control channels (0–10V)
  • 24 inputs & 24 outputs
  • RS232 / RS422 / RS485 communication
  • Accuracy up to 2 μm

Software

  • Single-head, multi-head, and 5-axis coordinated control
  • Automatic tool calibration and glue wiping
  • CCD demonstration machining
  • Arrays, rotation/mirroring, breakpoint resume
  • Pen-lift control between shapes
Host control software UI: glass-cutting toolpaths and axis control panel
Host control software: toolpath visualization, manual axis control, one-click dispensing / unloading / inspection

Pulse-based architecture

A classic PCIE-bus architecture: the host PC drives servos and spindles through a PCIE control card and terminal board, with an electronic handwheel and I/O — ideal for compact 3–6 axis equipment.

Pulse-based hardware kit: terminal board, PCIE control card, and cables
Pulse-based hardware kit: terminal board + PCIE control card + cables
  • 3–6 axis coordinated control
  • 16–24 DI & DO channels
  • 2 analog outputs (0–10V)
  • Servo alarms, encoder latching, probing, limit switches
  • Automatic eccentricity compensation, CCD-assisted alignment, RS485 & RS232 integration
  • PCIE bus architecture for high stability
  • Visual, intuitive operator interface
Pulse architecture topology: host PC connected via PCIE control card to terminal board, handwheel, servos, and spindle

EtherCAT bus architecture

A bus architecture for large axis counts and distributed I/O: EtherCAT real-time Ethernet daisy-chains servo drives and I/O modules — flexible expansion, clean wiring, supporting up to 32 coordinated axes.

EtherCAT bus topology: host PC, bus controller, distributed I/O, and multiple servo drive groups
Bus architecture topology: vision, laser equipment, and multiple servo groups on one bus

  • Software platform built on C++ and Windows with a clean, easy UI
  • Highly customizable and programmable
  • Hardware platform: PLC, PCIE control boards, EtherCAT bus controllers, I/O terminal boards
  • Large-scale axis expansion (up to 32 coordinated axes)

CCD auto-alignment leaves the error to the algorithm

The system recognizes MARK targets on the workpiece via CCD, computes the offset from the reference position, and automatically moves the alignment stage — no manual centering. Single- and dual-CCD schemes with automatic eccentricity compensation suit high-precision cutting and dispensing.

Deployed projects

Three real delivery scenarios, from single-machine control to fully automatic lines.

Vision-assisted automatic dispensing line

Vision-assisted automatic dispensing line

CCD locates MARK points automatically; the system controls automatic loading/unloading and precision dispensing with integrated thickness measurement for a fully unmanned process.

LCD / TFT glass cutting control

LCD / TFT glass cutting control

Delivered for a technology company in Dongguan: dual-CCD MARK alignment, automatic loading/unloading, five-head automatic cutting, automatic tool calibration, and blade life tracking.

Multi-axis machine tool control

Multi-axis machine tool control

Delivered for a machine tool company in Zhongshan: 6-axis dual-head coordination, 5-axis curved-glass and 5-axis waterjet control, integrated loading/unloading PLC for a fully automatic line.
